That site visit was fruitful then, they must have been impressed with the surface infrastructure that they dissed beforehand.
Maybe they realised RD was spot & its all in good condition. Big signal of confidence that a site visitor wants in big time.

They will go to 3rd largest holder overnight passing CS at 6% plus what they are holding already maybe another 2% as they were net buying at 6c-10c recently on the double head chart. Morgans may well be holding 9% of SOI & will be issuing a sub holders notice soon no doubt.

Ill go with a 3rd option with fresh blood that doesnt cap or sell large sums while im trying to ramp it to new highs.
Sounds like a deliberate ignoring of BMM AF FMG after their bad behaviour recently.
Could it be that AF is peeved with PH, if he was why vote in favour 99.7% at the AGM?
Wyloo his subsidiary & Felicity his nominee director were all there at the AGM, sounds more like a lovers tiff.

Also its not the full load needed but will boost the GS ST SS mine drilling programmes & this stealth restart & support the BOD great decision to refurbish SS declines and now build the drill drive. If they find another $1B of Ni down there that $10M is going to look real cheap.

Now they have $24M cash & NO DEBT & NO CN overhang that can take them to December 2021 without a full restart FID and yet continue the stealth restart and ST block drilling. They now also have others willing to go in here to make a motza & fund this to production. A great move PH!
