I understand that you have no other choice but to cling on to hope. Having said that though, you need to realise that the longer you cling on to false hope, the higher your sense of it becomes, and ultimately the harder you fall. It is okay to believe in hope, but you need to constantly seek facts to support it, which you are not doing.
