We are being diluted to a small degree because the raise firstly involves a placement of 330m shares @36c to Aussuper/RCF VII.
They will then also be entitled to the Rights to be offered on these shares as well as any they may already have.( Double dipping for want of a better term) Also they get a bonus because they have agreed to take up any shortfall in the uptake of the Rights.
I'm more than comfortable (ecstatic actually ) with the way our company is being managed.
