Appreciate all your great legal commentary. Thanks
Have a question. In a discussion thread the other day, the group were talking about appeals, and how the parties could potentially drag out the court case for a long time using appeals if there not happy with the court's verdict.
@Sam2019 posted this following post that was very interesting.
"Sorry but you got this wrong, There will be no appeal after appeal the jurisdiction of Federal court is final is civil/trading cases like this." - https://hotcopper.com.au/posts/49437266/single
This quote sounds great. All over and done quick smart, one shot at the prize. No drawn out conflict.
Are there any avenues for appeals in specific circumstances. Or is it just cut and dry, one shot at the prize as mentioned?
Thanks in Advance
