@SaberX, no applicability to the Manganese from what I can see.
The RDG Mkt cap pre MIN coming on to register probably isn't a fair or relevant comparison to Australian Garnet that is being consumed in this deal.
RDG was a mining contracting/services minnow with no real assets outside of its plant and machinery and goodwill, versus Australian Garnet that has a shovel ready fully approved resource tenement.
In terms of dilution, I for one prefer the issuance of shares to fund the acquisition at this stage, as opposed to a cap raise.
At a guess, the cap raise may come at a later date to fund the construction on the acquired site.
