Is MPL revolutionary? An in-house picture on term efficacy (or not) must be building from the dogs under compassionate dosing by now. I do not buy the company line that they're just not able to tell what's going on. Not even the line that they can't report (very heavily qualified) on anecdotal compassionate use outcomes when owners consent. Various motivations are possible. For now my guess is that it's just old PharmAust being PharmAust ... exquisite at making it all harder and more complicated than it needs to be.
