yes I remember my dad warned me, he had some super funds in the "old" DBI listed vehicle. Again it was presented as a "dividend staple" until the debt markets erupted in the GFC and I think he suffered 95% dilution afterwards.
His "DBI" investment version one was effectively wiped out.
And the funny thing is it's exactly the same infrastructure asset that is being flogged off to mums and dads with the same "dividend lipstick" and another pile of debt as Brookfield stripped the beggeepies out of it.
Always a new round of suckers to flog it off to... very sad
