From my understanding of how base metal cash flow occurs, when a new mine starts operation and the first shipment of concentrate leaves the mine, it takes about 3 months for the cash to appear. So the company is paying for PH production, but getting no cash yet. Let's hope the other facilities and the cost reductions are providing enough cash flow for the company to keep afloat until about May.
If so, the MM offer could then be considered a little below the belt. (I certainly think so). I would much rather that the company trade out of this difficulty.
By the way, have you seen BHP capital raising - BIG!!!
