A key advantage BC8 has over other mine developers in WA going forward will be recruitment/retention of key talent. The proximity to Kal compared to others means key staff can go home at night to their familes vs the two weeks on 1 week off arrangements for many mine developers. This may sound trivial, but I think its a major as there is and will be a crunch of access to skilled, qualified labour in the goldfields now and over the next two years, BC8 can offer the "family friendly" alternative to many of the FiFo sites. If I was a plant manager and had the option of where to work, I would opt for a few Km's out of Kal vs the ar5e end of no where.
