I bought into this share over five years ago and management was selling the idea of vertical integration, which was promising. However over the years the company was not able to perform and management still kept on with glowing reports of the future when they would be producing a range of milk and milk products for both export and local markets. I recall the new MD in a presentation kept on about the bright future of the company, however the sp was telling us a different story and the financial reports showed nothing but losses. I am sure the debt with Commonwealth Bank is a problem servicing and hence the asset sale. I sold out and took a big loss and I am glad I did as in my view if I held I would get nothing back. Management has had ample time to get their act together and they have failed badly. Do not waste your time on research. I also recall a a sound piece of advice from Julia Lim of Bell Potter previously and she spoke on when to let go of a share. The bottom line is that if they do not, given a reasonable time to do what they intend to do, walk away.
