Had to happen sometime I guess. I don't have a lot invested in BDI, but have seen many twists and turns over the years from diamonds (WA) >- gold (Burkina Faso & next to Morilla) > copper/gold (NT). Luckily invested more in nearby explorers (now producers) like FFX (previously MLL/BGS) and had assumed all was lost with BDI.
This initiative will bring serious dilution of existing SHs equity, but really equity in a trainwreck is nothing, so let it be and hopefully KMM will do a better job using the listing of BDI for successful projects into the future.
