I highly doubt it. All four of the big banks are publicly well founded and all have their own trade platform. I would not invest any bank that is too lazy to develop their own platform and waste money by taking over selfwealth.
They already have the customers. Literally the only thing they need to do is to to lower their pricing and streamline the ui.
