IMO, IGO are miners who need a resource to keep them mining if LEG produce such a deposit that close to Nova I am sure IGO and others will be extremely interested. Also having a strong share holding in LEG backed up by the Creasy holdings in both one would think it was a forgone conclusion as to who would become the miner of any viable resource. As far as capacity I am sure another quick CR will sort that out
