No. At the start of the testing procedures, the recipients were told that the results MAY show a FALSE reading of HIV.
At no time were they ever GIVEN HIV by the serum, but because the serum was based on an HIV product, obviously when they did a blood test or whatever test they did to ensure that the COVID vaccine worked, it came up as showing the “patient” with HIV. I am assuming that because the basis of their research was based on the HIV product, it would have been too time consuming and economically unviable to start from scratch, especially when there were other products on the International market claiming that they had the cure for COVID.
