I spoke to Peter a couple of days back. He informed me that the the person responsible for preparing the IRR for Cobb and Co is currently occupied as an expert witness in litigation (nothing to do with Marion). Because his time is being taken up with this, it has resulted in a delay with the IRR for Marion. The case was expected to be over sometime very soon and would leave him free to conclude the IRR. Peter did say that he was still hopeful that the IRR would be available by the end of the month.

Only 2 more trading days left for the end of the month so let's hope there are no further delays otherwise the SP will really tank on the expectation of the release.
