from memory , even trump said something along the lines that mail in ballots would ensure that the republicans would never win another election ..

it is wonderful that in australia we have the AEC and they do their best that all who entitled to vote are given the opportunity to vote..

....and the AEC is a totally independent body - beholden to no government (federal or state)

Australian aborigines in remote settlements would never be entitled to a vote under the american system .. that is voter suppression
