The title reads "on the run? " which is obviously posing a speculative question. It has not stated that he has done the runner.
So until proven otherwise we can only assume the guy has health issues.
You'd think they'd all do the runner at the same time however he has been replaced indicating that the replacement isn't looking at doing the runner.
