ASX issued a price query for FMS, and since a rise in share price from 6.7c to 7.5c is unremarkable, the real purpose of the query was a fishing trip by ASX to investigate if anything was known about the impending JORC release.

Now things get weird.

FMS posted the ASX response on the standard 'trading halt request-announcement pending' form at 13:40(released at 14:19). Thats when we all fell of our chairs in sweats. This was the incorrect form and form was updated at 13:52(released at 14:31) to 'trading halt- response to a query'

Trading resumed to normal after ASX query response was made public at 15:13. SP quickly went from 7.5c to close at 9.2c on what essentially was a false alarm.
