sparcs conversion figures due on friday, page-56

    It is my understanding that BBI are not forbidden from paying out the SPARCS.

    In BBI's ASX announcement, they said that "it is the directors current intention" in regards to conversion. When I spoke to IR, this was meant to mean that they are able to change their minds.

    If an asset sale ot 2 is made, and SPARCS holders vote against the referendum, then do not be surprised if SPARCS is paid out.
