I do find it hard to believe that your school report could have been that bad! I imagine Captain's would have been somewhat worse, but surely not yours Aj.

On a more serious note, I think that the board should be accountable to us for their current record.

To place my post in context, I should point out that I am not being negative about SBN and its potential markets PER SE.

I still believe that SBN does have great patented IP and it does have some strategic skills - as evidenced by the SiYi Co-operation Agreement, the Bioscreens agreement, the CMM agreement, the Medinat agreement etc. Also there are REAL markets there for the plucking. For example, the Bioscreens urine cup market is $US300m - so there is significant potential there for us.

However, we appear to have a serious problem with IMPLEMENTATION - with the DELIVERY of the potential.

The current team - essentially the guy in Melbourne and the guy in New Jersey - don't appear to have the goods to deliver. Who knows why? Their track records and CV's appear ok. Maybe, in previous roles they had the good fortune of being in the right place at the right time. Maybe the particular challenges of the current roles are beyond them.

It certainly looks that way. A few mishits will always be explainable - but the constancy of implementation delays and failures over the last 18 months suggests a systemic problem with SBN - perhaps the key players operating above their level of competence.

The problem from our point of view appears to be that there is too much hubris (and/or lack of concern)INSIDE the company for this to be recognised where it needs to be recognised .

However, as with the Captain - and others - I live in the hope that they may soon kick a goal or two. It is LONG overdue.
