They have been negotiating since early in the year and each quarter they are hopeful.
It's not really surprising when production wont be until 2nd half of next year.
Only thing is they want to begin design/construction of the extraction plant which they expect to be in operation Q3 2021 and they need customers details from the off-take before they can commence.
