The great majority (I think well over 50K) of 58K cases of covid-19 in Singapore were infected during the 2nd wave. And almost all of them were foreign workers who live in enclosed living quarters (provided by employers) with often 10 or more workers living in one room. All those foreign workers are young and healthy, hardly anyone of them die from the virus.
