    Yeah my bad, thanks for the clarification, it is the RAD, but if you don't pay any or all of it the difference is paid in interest at 5% so it could end up being a fair sum that you have to pay on top of the daily rate and government charges, I know this from experience, I was getting a small pension as well because your assets are dived in half when your partner is in a nursing home, it took two days for Centerlink to notify me that I was no longer the case after my wife died.
    A loan could also be the go I suppose, how much to set that up may be the question? But the nursing home placed it in my wife's estate to cover themselves, I wasn't aware of this, so forewarned is forearmed, A solicitor told me that money coming from super had to be paid back to super without probate.
    I was told by a solicitor after the fact that super was the way to go if there was any with enough money in there, either that or place the money in there if you can? but there are yearly limits on contributions though I am told.
