But the nursing home placed it in my wife's estate to cover themselves, I wasn't aware of this, so forewarned is forearmed, A solicitor told me that money coming from super had to be paid back to super without probate.
I was told by a solicitor after the fact that super was the way to go if there was any with enough money in there, either that or place the money in there if you can? but there are yearly limits on contributions though I am told.
