To me, if the announcement comes before the end of year, $3 is minimum. Translating into MC with the current outstanding share, it would be sub-$350mil, fair call for this company for now. Then depends on what kind of FAB or whether is FABs, when i comes, we gonna look at $3 and upward.
If we do not see the announcement within 2020, that means the guys have their reasons to hold up, like talking multiple FABs and they can't let FABs conflict each other and so have to make it live at one hit. Things can only be better with longer brewing from now.
