Wow.
I am sure those "actual leaders" you quote (without "actually" quoting or citing any studies) DON'T have ANY vested interests themselves. I am sure they are just simple millionaire philanthropists, for whom science and not money is all that matters. Self-funded, I suppose? They wouldn't ever take the filthy lucre of any of those terrible big pharma companies' to support their research. Oh, goodness no.
There is just as much out there in the public domain about stem cells' effectiveness in regenerating damaged tissues (hence the term "regenerative medicine"), and with the regeneration of that tissue, moderation or elimination of pain in the area of damage. It's all there in the public domain.
