Yes if someone was to draw attention to the few last lines on no adverse impact or withdrawal rights to ASX I think it would create some soul searching for this unbelievable incompetent board. It seems to be a thing with Israel start-ups where they raise funds via odd channels in WA from HNW heavyweights from the resource boom. Hence why Michael Soucik (Mahe Capital) is involved. Very little due diligence undertaken by all parties so they get away with it because its seen as a way to diversify their portfolio into other sectors and possible have a bit of fun along the way.
