Now she is a minister she can have a chaufer so problem solved lol. And yes I do think that speed limits on open highways are only there to generate revenue for the government. Many of us regional dwellers cruise safely at around 140 km/hr when traveling long distances on modern highways with little traffic and are insulted if unlucky enough to cop a speeding ticket. Many countries have no speed limits on highways. There is proably some justification for speed limits in urban areas and particularly surburban streets. Dave R.
