Hi J, $1 is just a random number with a nice sound to it. Unless someone tells you how they got to that $1 I’d tune out.
As an aside, my valuation is HIGHER than that! As I’ve pointed out, I’ve used fairly conservative assumptions plus you will be able to see all my workings.
Remember Peak took payment in 50c options... that should tell you something.
