Hi Noodly, it was in an announcement around 2017, and it showed a diagram, in that diagram was all the different components of all the manufacturing and it was labelled what was BOOT and what was included in TNG's scope of the facilities and processing. It then broke down all the costs. I wish i could help with that more but TNG do not show past two years worth of announcements, oth
erwise they will have presentations showing financing in 2016 and mining starting in 2018...
Here is what the BOOT will have to finance, before TNG will obtain a loan for a mine, TNG costing have not taken into account these areas as they are to be financed by 'others'
