I think they provided funds to assist in the purchase of Prime by taking a private placement of shares. My guess is that they have not participated in the last CR and have subsequently been diluted and sold down a few probably due to being cautious with their own finances in Singapore during the Covid 19 situation. According to online info they are not a particularly large motor vehicle dealer over there and probably would have felt the pinch with the lockdown. They are still reporting a holding of over 14m shares which appears to be more than they previously held.
