given time i expect to see Evs sporting their own means of harnessing power and storing for later use. all this talk of where is the power going to come from to pump up all these batteries is sorta shortsighted if you ask me. honestly, when this technology matures and the lithium and solar sceptics are surrounded by self sustaining homes/businesses and ev's maybe the penny will drop then. in aus its even more of a no brainer, its sort of embarrasing that elon musk arrived here shaking his head at our inability to use the sun to create a large portion of our energy.
We should be world leaders in this space.
