That would be interesting. I have my doubts though, isn't there a high profile board member sitting both on ALF and GVF that might make such a battle a little "awkward"? Not sure if the termination fee was as unfair as seen initially in CVF also.
Perhaps a small arbitrage left I haven't been following this of late, or can GVF make use of the shell at the end somehow?
