like us toorakites...we only shop at safeway for food and liquor..walking distance...but everything else..we go to where its so much cheaper....and some like me..we only go to the very big june 30th and boxing day sales for everything else.... its only the tourist that shops in toorak at the very inflated prices... and the people out there buying the luxury boats for half price are the winners....this time it was the boat dealers could not get finance.... agree most people are scaredy cats...talking about the recession...but a lot of people will make the most money ever in times like this....bargains galore times...
lots of ways to become wealthy...but the trick is to keep it....so many people think all their troubles are gone if they had money....but they dont know how to keep the money...they throw it away...everyday on little things...
