I work as a family lawyer and my biggest concern with this company is staff retention. In my experience, Family Lawyers only work 2 to 3 years at a company before they move on. I have looked at their website and there looks to be a lot of new faces and changes. I just hope they are retaining the right staff.
That is just what I think anyway. Will probably have a punt on the company nonetheless.
