This is nonsense! I actually bought in June last year, in Perth for $700,000. My next door neighbour has just sold their home for $710,000 and the homes are on a par with the same size blocks. Last month virtually all the properties in this suburb that had been on the market for a while suddenly sold with less than 20 homes currently for sale.
