So you would prefer if the primary endpoint is reached - reduced hospitalisation - but most people die within 2 to 3 years? Strange thinking in my books. I think the results are great with the 60 percent reduction in death the main change is not Stage 3 but Stage 2 intervention where it is the most effective and useful. Any alternative it seems may reduced hospitalisation but no significant reduction in death rate. I my books death rate is more important than the patient is for lesser time in hospital. I am sure that the FDA - as well as potential partners - will rather pay more attention to it, but be happy not holding and making uneducated comments.
