It seems hard to justify the high salaries when products still have yet to be approved, however technical knowledge and research at this level is expensive, and if you want the talent you gotta pay for it.
I don't think I would invest in the ghetto-version of stem cell research management to save a few bucks, only to inject the products into a sick person and have them accidentally grow three more arses.
I'll try and stay optimistic, optimistus.
