Opt It has been continually reported that the senior Aust Politicians have endeavoured to contact their counterparts - the issue is, no one is picking up the phone. I suspect that there maybe some conversations happening in the background, however nothing like the very positive and public reinforcement between NZ and China. Good thing A2 is NZ and ALL the IF comes out of NZ.
