The developer funded from commercial banks and finance groups...The builder never got the grant directly but had intimate input with the first home owner to structure a price that the grant could successfully be obtained.
These NAIF projects will employ hundreds of young Australians that pay good wages to set security to apply for home finance (incl grants) that in turn create family's that create other ventures to repeat the process.
The biggest industry in Australia is the housing industry...without other industry (incl tax funded infrastructure projects..mining...agriculture...food processing etc etc) we would all be sleeping three in a bed at St Vinnies.
SFG is a project of vision and dimension that should be funded by NAIF and a project Australia should be bloody proud of. GO SFG
