I'm sure the intent was as per MLX interpretation. I.e. triggered if the six month moving average (of the three month delivery price) makes it above 4.20. However it's possible that Capricorn's lawyers will try and argue a different interpretation. It all depends how well written the contract is, we'll just have to wait and see.
