Don't care too much about what Warren Buffet would or wouldn't have. He's missed the boat plenty of great tech companies. Meaningless.

You obviously have no idea how Berkshire Hathaway works. It is basically an insurance company/bank so it needs high cash flow, solid earnings and extreme liquidity. It is also so big - USD524 Billion - that only multi--billion dollar investments have any effect on the bottom line. So that immediately eliminates virtually all tech companies as potential investments. it has nothing to do with Buffett's supposed lack of understanding of modern markets.
