I think the primary endpoint was the total number of events, not the rate, and like SI said they have not had time to check the numbers in detail yet. I suspect the rate was much lower in the treatment group, and I think there is a real chance these data could support an accelerated approval given the strong unmet need. This is immortal time bias, folks, not a failure - that’s my suspicion at least.
