I followed SOL and Thorney and put small amount into RFG yesterday during the brief panic 7c, like I said small money if things don’t work out it no big deal but the paid off could be big so adjust for risk and reward it is not a bad move.
I think ACCC action won’t drag on they go into settlement pretty quickly and pay a negotiated fine with ACCC and admit no guilt as it fall under previous management.
ACCC scores a win which they desperately need after they got a bloody nose from messing with TPG and Teoh on Vodafone merger and we move on.
The other way is a drag out court action with good lawyers From private sectors versus ACCC people. ACCC wins record is dismal so that the risk I think they don’t want to take if they can settle and get a wins
