I doubt it is to do with Novartis or any partnership. Should there not be a halt in the partners as well.
I dont think it is to stop price drop either. The price already dropped.
Labelling corporate, I doubt it is to do with FDA results either.
Do they need more funding perhaps ? Or got more funding.
Could be personnel change.
