    WOT They got there money back so i guess 400 mill is fair quick pay out....lol

    The US$1.25-billion settlement is much less than the potential value of the deposits, but they were always discounted because of their location. Matt Murphy, an analyst at UBS Securities, wrote that First Quantum spent about US$1.3-billion to acquire and build Kolwezi and Frontier, so it has effectively gotten its money back.
