Every result we seem to have the same questions r.e scope and scale, all the info is laid out for us, start a spread sheet.. plot everything on a map... develop an understanding for yourself, you will feel better about investing ur hard earned money that way and can even use that info to decide to sell if the project doesn't look like it will develop into what some of us here expect.
