Rubbish:
“If total applications exceed the maximum amount to be raised (including after acceptance of oversubscriptions, if any), the Company may scale back applications on a pro rata basis at the discretion of the Board based on the size of the applicant’s shareholding as at the Record Date.”
pro rata does not mean “first in, best dressed”
