It was all worth an attempt. Whether you like GVF or not, their presence has meant slightly reduced fees for all of us.
Glad to get my funds back. I find the recent announcements a bit misleading.
The announcements talk about a total return to Shareholders of 1.07 however one might miss the fact they are attributing the franking credits in this value. The real cash return is ~1.035 at current NTA. Anyone paying more is just plain crazy and after the franking credits. Hence why i was surprised the price jumped to 1.06 today.
Wonder if they will flog off the shell. Can get an extra cent from it
