Mon, That's what I orginally thought but if you speak with those who have dealt with the Chinese you may find they don't necessarily tell you either way and just put up a vow of silence in an attempt to save face.
I know it sounds strange to us but that is how they work sometimes.
If that be the case then that attitude doesn't help us one bit.
