    Simply that they were negotiating payment terms and the vendor have not disputed the obligation to pay.

    Capricorn are a reputable player, i see no reason why wouldn't pay.

    Renison will be spitting cash soon, Tin 200usd shy of 20k/t .

    Nifty NPV is north of 350m $3.50 with Patterson upside. 150m sale is doable. But you never get what you want. I'd take 100m (entire MC of MLX)
